The Hendry offers a variety of spacious one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed to accommodate a range of lifestyle needs. Our one-bedroom floor plans feature multiple layout options, providing flexibility in living space and storage.

Each home features an open-concept design that creates a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, making the space feel bright, inviting, and functional.

Apartment homes include premium features such as screened-in lanais or patios, custom soft-close cabinetry, smart thermostats, walk-in showers, ceiling fans, large closets, stainless-steel energy-efficient appliances, and in-home washers and dryers. Select homes also offer beautiful lake or pool views.

Your monthly rent includes access to many of The Hendry's resort-style amenities and community features, including the swimming pool, fitness center, clubhouse, Bark Park, outdoor pet wash station, and other resident spaces.

Lease term options vary depending on apartment availability, move-in date, and current pricing. The Hendry offers flexible leasing options, and our leasing team will review all current lease term availability to help you find the option that best fits your needs.

To apply to live at The Hendry, applicants must be 18 years of age or older and complete the following steps:

• Complete an online application
• Pay a $75 application fee per applicant
• Pay a $200 administrative fee
• Provide proof of income and complete income verification requirements
• Complete credit, background, and rental history screenings
• Submit any additional documentation requested during the screening process

Pet Guidelines

• allowed pets include dogs, cats, fish, birds, and hamsters
• Pet fees or pet rent apply to dogs and cats only
• Up to two pets per home
• Exotic pets or livestock are not permitted
• Fish tanks may not exceed 24 gallons

Breed Restrictions
The following dog breeds (and mixes of these breeds) are not permitted unless registered as a Certified Service Animal (CSA) or Emotional Support Animal (ESA): Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario), Boxer, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier (“Pit Bull”), Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid.

All residents must have a valid profile set up through our pet validation service, PetScreening.com.  PetScreening offers a digital pet profile, which includes benefits such as FidoTabby Alert for lost pet recovery, Televet services, exclusive discounts, and a digital pet passport.  Annual fees apply for household pets only, no fees for ESA or CSA.  Details of their fees can be found at https://app.petscreening.com/register.
